About meSound to Mountain Home Inspections LLC is owned and operated by Caleb Posey, based out of Ferndale, WA. Graduated from Bellingham Technical College with a previous background in plumbing and heating. He shadowed under teachers on the Washington state board of home inspectors and is in frequent contact with his teachers, contractors, and new home owners.
On top of already being a certified home inspector of WA state, Caleb is also an InterNACHI certified home inspector. This means he has to stay up to date and is required to have 24hrs a year of continuing education. He has access to be in contact with over 20,000 inspectors all over the world and has access to over 200,000 pages of resources.
